We play all kinds of music, from Elvis to The Beatles to Foundations in the 50’s and 60’s, Abba, to Whitney to Queen in the 70’s and 80’s, The Killers to Oasis to House of Pain and Dua Lipa in the 20’s. Classic hits , indie, rock, disco, folk, pop and more are all part of our repertoire. We offer a full live performance with a stage DJ, as well as the option for party hats, wigs, and props for your guests to enjoy. Our photographer will take documentary photos throughout the evening so that you can have a non-stop evening of fun and dance that you will remember forever. We perform for all sizes of weddings across Kent, Essex, Sussex, Hertfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey. We believe that we can provide a fun and memorable experience for you and your guests.

Our wedding band has a massive repertoire that spans all genres and decades, so there is sure to be something for everyone. We are always learning new songs to keep our setlists fresh, and we are always open to requests. So if you do not see your favourite song on our list, just ask! We would be happy to learn it and add it to our wedding band repertoire.

First Dance

The band will be happy to learn and perform your first dance genre and style appropriate). We have a wide repertoire of songs to choose from, so you’re sure to find something that’s perfect for your wedding. Genres include pop, rock, soul, R&B, and more. If you don’t see your song on our SETLIST page, please let us know and we’ll be happy to learn it for you. Our DJ service is perfect for any event, big or small. Whether you’re looking for someone to play music from your own playlist or our extensive list of tried and tested dance floor-filling flexible playlists, we’ve got you covered. Live Music Timings

You choose either three 45-minute sets (the best choice in our opinion) or two 65-minute sets, this will make sure that your guests are entertained all night long. Our Events Photographer

A professional photographer is an important part of any event. They help to capture memories that would otherwise be lost and provide a way to relive the event long after it is over. Our events photographer is on hand to capture those unique dance floor moments at no extra cost. Pictures of the evening are loaded to a private dedicated website. You can download your favourite low-resolution images free of charge. High-resolution images are available for a small fee and are provided on a USB stick.

Wedding acoustic duo

An acoustic duo specialising in wedding music. They offer a wide range of services to make your wedding ceremony or reception one to remember. With the ceremony and over two hours of live music during the day, they can learn and perform pretty much any songs you request to make your ceremony extra special. The Redfords Acoustic Duo also provide live background music during the drinks reception, ensuring that guests are entertained whilst the official photography takes place. The Redfords acoustic duo performance includes three sets of live music for the drinks reception along with live music for the wedding ceremony itself.

Origins

The Redfords are a wedding band that has been family run since 2008. All of the members are professional musicians, and the band is led by musical director Matthew. Prior to forming the band, Matthew had a successful career as a musician, touring and recording with some of the biggest names in the business, including The Who, Robbie Williams, Elton John, and Neil Young. The band prides itself on providing high-quality music for weddings and other special occasions, and they have won numerous awards for their performances. We don’t want to compete with your guests when they’re enjoying the evening buffet, so we typically end our live set and start the DJ set when food is served.

Second set

A wedding band is a must-have for any wedding reception. Not only do they provide entertainment for your guests, but they also help to create an atmosphere of fun and excitement. And what better way to get your guests into the party spirit than by introducing our famous party hats, masks and props? It might seem a bit cheesy at first, but it certainly is an ice breaker with the children and sometimes the bride who are often the first to let their hair down. It is always great fun. Meanwhile, people will have gone to get their smart phones because they will want to take selfies and catch the moment. This is when our photographer comes into his own. During this time, he knows what’s in the box and consequently will be able to capture all the best shots, when you and your guests are least likely to know you are being photographed. So please enquire about adding this as an option – it’s sure to make your wedding reception one to remember!

Last set

As the wedding band moves into their third and final set, everyone is ready to really let loose and dance the night away. This is the time for all the classic singalong and shoutalong tracks that will bring everyone together on the dance floor. The bride and groom will be the focus of attention as we approach the end of the night, and the night will end with a big crescendo giving guests a final chance to wish them all the best for the future. Our photographer will be on hand to capture all the special moments, ensuring that this magical night is remembered forever.
