SEEING THE LIGHT
Nick’s passion for photography began with light at a young age when he was given his first camera (a Konica Tomato). Taking pictures of holiday sunsets, even from that early age, it was the light that captivated him. Lighting shapes how Nick sees the world, from the light on the far side of a dark cloud making it glisten, to when it highlights spiderwebs coated in morning dew.
Capturing the perfect wedding photograph combines that magic of getting the right lighting, with capturing the love a couple feels for one another. It’s a challenge Nick enjoys every time he presses the shutter button, and one that always rewards him with beautiful results. Seeing the joy on a couple’s face when they see their finished wedding photos is what makes Nick love his job as a photographer at Winters Barns and other venues.
EXPERIENCE
Nick is a fine art wedding photographer in Kent. From his home in Tunbridge Wells, Nick photographs weddings in Kent, Sussex, and London, but is also happy to travel, and has photographed weddings across the UK, & Internationally.Nick has been photographing weddings for 12 years now, and worked at a wide variety of venues from barns to manor houses, castles to parents’ gardens. It is always a pleasure to work with Nick at a wedding. Not only does he have an incredible eye for detail, but he is also down to earth and extremely easy to get along with, which puts everyone at ease in front of the camera. As a result, he captures beautiful, natural images that perfectly capture the joy and emotion of the day.
