PARTY HATS AND PROPS - £165.00
After the formal first dance is over, people like to let their hair down and party. Our now famous big box of party hats and props will make a welcome addition to the party. The box includes an assortment of items such as party hats, glasses and wigs. With these props, guests can let loose and have some fun. And because the props are all stored in a single box, they’re easy to set up and take down at the end of the night. So whether you’re planning a small get-together or a large celebration, our party props will help you create an event that everyone will remember.

EARLY SET UP - £295.00
If you would like to have the band set up and ready before the event starts, we recommend that you book us for an early set up. We know that first impressions are important, and we want to make sure that we give your event the best possible start. We’re happy to work with you to ensure that everything is just perfect. So, if you need us to be there early, just let us know and we’ll be happy to oblige.

YOUR PARTY REQUIREMENTS
In order to book the date we will need some information from you. Start by completing the form below, choose any add-ons you wish to have. We will send out a booking fee invoice as soon as we receive your completed form. Thank you for your cooperation.
PAYMENT TERMS
To book we require a non-refundable booking fee of £250.00 (included in prices quoted above and invoiced separately)
All prices include VAT at 20%
The non-refundable booking fee secures the performance date and covers any mutually agreed rescheduling of the performance date.
Notice of intention to find a mutually agreed new performance date to be notified and confirmed before six weeks prior to the performance date.
The performance fee is payable 1 week before the performance date.
In the event of a mutually agreed alternative date not being established and the performance cancelled, the following payments will apply;
If the performance fee is not paid and the performance cancelled the full amount is payable.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
- Prior to 6 weeks before the performance date, a full refund of any performance fee.
- Up to 6 weeks before the performance date 50% of the performance fee will be payable.
- Up to 3 weeks before the performance date 75% of the performance fee will be payable.
- Up to 1 week before the performance date 100% of the performance fee will be payable.
- If the performance fee is not paid and the performance cancelled the full amount is payable.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
Stage space required approx 16 x 9 feet (4m x 2.8m)
Allow at least 9 feet from the rear wall to the front of the stage/band to accommodate the normal band depth. If your area is smaller please let us know and we can work around it. If in a marquee please ensure a minimum 2m height over the stage area.
1 hour set up and sound check time
The Redfords take up to 1 hour to set up once they have good access to the room and stage area. All equipment is in rolling flight cases. Please let us know prior to the event if the access is restricted or awkward as this will require more set up time.
2 x 13 amp power sockets
The Redfords only need 2 electrical outlet sockets to run the band. These should be preferably on a separate ring main. For marquee and outside events please speak to us for more details.
Parking at the venue
Minimum 1 space and turning for LWB 3.5 ton Mercedes sprinter van (approx 7m in length).
A space to get changed
Preferably private and secure.
Changes to line up
The Redfords reserve the right to alter the line up when necessary.
Band food
The Redfords do not require hot meals, but would appreciate access to the evening buffet if there is one.
